Our school values were created in June 2026 through a wonderful collaboration between parents, our Governing Body and our staff. Our School Council then explored the values in depth, ranking the most important ones and discussing what they truly mean for our school community.
Together, this helped us create a final set of six values that we are proud to share. These values now sit at the heart of our curriculum, guide our ethos, and shape the way we learn, grow and thrive together.
At Twynyrodyn we put our vision and values into practice with the following aims:
Supporting wellbeing
– caring for emotional and physical health
Including everyone
– making sure every child feels welcomed, valued and supported
Growing confidence
– helping pupils believe in themselves and their abilities
Acting with integrity
– being honest and doing the right thing
Celebrating diversity
– recognising and valuing different backgrounds, cultures and identities
Promoting equity
– ensuring every child gets the support they need to succeed
